Is Ondotify a marketplace?
No. Ondotify does not offer general wholesaler discovery or product search across stores. Each wholesaler manages an independent store and may publish products and, optionally, standard prices on its own verified showcase. Access to private commercial data requires an active dealer relationship.
How is a dealer connection established?
The wholesaler may initiate a connection, or a dealer may apply to the verified store they are visiting. An application alone does not grant private price or ordering access; an active relationship approved by the store is required. Each relationship operates within its own store, price and order request context.
How do orders and payments work?
The dealer sends an order request to the wholesaler. Changes made by the wholesaler are submitted as revisions for dealer approval. Commercial payment takes place directly between the two companies; Ondotify does not collect payments.
